Contigo's autoseal bottles are the practical ones in the reviews. You press, you drink, you let go, it shuts. I threw it in a bag. The outside of the bag stayed dry. That was the test.Buyers like the one-handed lid and the fact it does not require a ritual. They complain about a plastic taste for the first few washes, and a spout that is fussy to clean. I washed it twice before the taste went. The cleaning complaint stands. For a bag and a commute, I trust it more than a straw tumbler.
